The Pixel 10 is the sixth iteration of the Pixel lineup of phones that I’ve used. I realize I’m a bit of an oddball, since I use both a Mac and an iPad but not an iPhone. It’s usually the other way around. A PC and an iPhone.
But I do like the Google experience, even though I sometimes can’t use it fully. Partially due to features not being released in a country like Sweden, but also due to the way Google limits their Workspace users when it comes to a lot of features.
Since the dawn of time.. or dawn of Pixel… the Google Pixel has been great when it comes to photography. I still feel that this is the case – I’m very happy with the camera performance of the 10, though since I’m not a professional reviewer, I rarely have the opportunity to make comparisons between phones. Still, my own, very subjective experience is that it takes really good pictures.
My first week was bit of a dud, though. Constant overheating, horrible battery life (3-4 hours) and a fingerprint reader that was just gone. Turned out the device I got was defective. Exchanging it for a new one through the Google Store was very easy, though and the replacement unit has worked great.
